To delete data in the “Community: Events & Rewards” and the GeoPay Platform perform the following steps:
1. Use the contact form below and request your data be deleted in the Community/GeoPay system.
2. In the message, include the email associated with the account, your name and/or the business name.
3. We will send an email to the email address linked to that specific account for confirmation.
4. Reply to the confirmation email sent to the email associated with your account. Note the response will be different for a business user and an end user.
For Business users: respond to that email stating "CONFIRMED - Delete my Community business account and data."
For end users: respond to that email stating "CONFIRMED - Delete my Community account and data."
5. We will delete the user data once a confirmation is received.
Note: For business users, please remove any non expired coupons if they are no longer valid and any future events as to avoid confusion during the deletion process.
